"I want to recognize Andrew and Melinda at Publix for the absolutely exceptional help they gave me today. I came in dealing with multiple issues with my order and some confusion with Wic, and honestly felt overwhelmed. Andrew and Melinda stepped in without hesitation and spent about 45 minutes working through everything with me until it was fully resolved. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure things were made right. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also made sure I was okay throughout the process and even helped keep my daughter entertained while we waited. On top of that, they took the time to explain a few things to me so I’d understand what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future.
